My Neighbor Installed a Toilet on My Lawn with a Note, ‘Flush Your Opinion Here,’ After I Asked Her Not to Sunbathe in Front of My Son’s Window

When my new neighbor Shannon started sunbathing in tiny bikinis right outside my teenage son Jake’s window, I asked her politely to move. She mocked me and retaliated by placing a filthy toilet on my lawn with a sign that said, “FLUSH YOUR OPINION HERE!” I was furious, but karma had the last laugh.

Shannon was already a bit eccentric, painting her house in bright colors and holding loud parties. Her sunbathing in front of Jake’s window became a daily ordeal. When I asked her to move to another spot in her yard, she laughed it off and dismissed my concerns.

Then, two days later, the toilet appeared on my lawn. Shannon called it “art” and mocked me, but I kept my cool. I decided to let karma take its course. Shannon’s antics grew worse—her parties, karaoke, and drum circles rattled the neighborhood, but I smiled and waved.

One day, a firefighter arrived, responding to a false report from Shannon about a sewage leak. He quickly realized the toilet was just a lawn decoration, and Shannon was reprimanded for wasting resources. After that, Shannon installed a privacy fence and stopped sunbathing in front of Jake’s window.

Jake jokingly asked if it was safe to “come out of witness protection,” and I smiled, relieved that the chaos was finally over.
