Sylvester Stallone faced unimaginable grief when he lost his first-born son, Sage, in 2012 at the age of 36.
Sage, a talented actor and film entrepreneur, was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment, and speculations about his death circulated widely. Early rumors about drug use or suicide were eventually disproven, and it was revealed that Sage died from a heart attack caused by atherosclerosis, exacerbated by painkillers after a recent dental procedure.
Despite his mother’s warnings, Sage had five teeth removed, and two weeks later, he tragically passed away. Stallone, devastated by the loss, asked for privacy and respect for his son’s memory.
Today, Stallone continues to heal with the support of his other children, including his son Seargeoh, who has autism, and his daughters, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet.
