Nataliya Kuznetsova isn’t your average female bodybuilder
Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 33-year-old Russian bodybuilder, holds world records in arm lifting, bench press, and deadlifting. She began powerlifting at 14, with a focus on getting stronger rather than building a massive physique. By 17, she was bench pressing 220lbs. Over the years, she has won numerous championships and set records, including a bench press of over 374lbs and a deadlift of 530lbs. Standing 5’7″ and weighing over 220lbs, Nataliya’s dedication to bodybuilding has earned her the title of “World’s Most Muscular Woman.”

Although once tempted by growth hormones, she avoids them, instead using performance enhancers like estrogen blockers. After a brief retirement in 2017, she returned to competition and now also pursues a career in coaching.
Nataliya embraces her unique appearance and is proud of her accomplishments, rejecting societal beauty standards and encouraging others to follow their own paths.
