A Recent Executive Order Signed By Donald Trump Could Result In The Deportation Of Millions Of People

Since taking office, President Donald Trump has signed several executive orders targeting undocumented immigrants in the U.S.

These orders have initiated the deportation process for individuals without the required documentation.

The “border czar,” appointed to oversee immigration enforcement, is former ICE director Tom Homan. At 63, Homan acknowledged that everyone in the U.S. illegally is now a target for deportation.

Homan explained that while initial deportations focus on public safety and national security threats, the scope will broaden, with more arrests nationwide as enforcement intensifies. He emphasized that entering the U.S. illegally is a crime under Title Eight, U.S. Code 1325.

Trump’s executive orders also claim that many undocumented immigrants present national security threats, engage in criminal activities, and burden U.S. taxpayers. The administration asserts the importance of enforcing immigration laws to prioritize the safety and well-being of American citizens.
