“Sad Old Drunk”: Nasty Nancy Hilariously Heckled At Speaking Event [WATCH]
Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s speaking event with economist Paul Krugman at the CUNY Graduate Center on Monday was interrupted multiple times by hecklers. They criticized her for her foreign policy decisions, particularly the Iraq War, and accused her of corruption and being a “war criminal.” One heckler yelled about her role in the Iraq War, questioning her stance on weapons of mass destruction and accusing her of lying to start the war. Another called her a “sad old drunk” and questioned her actions regarding Taiwan and the Nordstream pipeline.
Despite the interruptions, the event continued, with CUNY describing it as a conversation with Pelosi, who discussed her role in passing key legislation like the Affordable Care Act, and Krugman, a Nobel Prize-winning economist.
